The Capacity Building Fellowship Program for Nursing Development by Aster Volunteers aims to strengthen the nursing academic workforce across Africa through a structured international capacity-building and skill development initiative. It is implemented in partnership with Aster Health Academy, Aster MIMS Academy, and Dr. Moopen’s Academy, all part of Aster DM Healthcare Group, a leading private healthcare provider in the GCC and India.
Under this program, selected nursing faculty members will be sponsored for a 3 months training, observation, and immersion program in India and the UAE. The program is designed to help them adapt, upgrade, and implement improved nursing education curricula aligned with WHO and global standards.
